SHIPPING, DELIVERY & REFUND INFORMATION
SHIPPING
Shipping is only available for the locations in the address are located at the chackout pagee. A shipping will take 10 to 18 days. If you order an item on Thursday after 5pm, your item will be proceed out on Saturday. However do take note that Friday ise NOT working day, therefore your order will only be processed for delivery on Saturday after 9am. All orders need to be paid in advance when using Pelepare. If you order on Saturday before 5pm, you will receive your item earliest in 10 days or latest in 18 days .
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Cash on Delivery available for purchase of $100 and below. If you are a new customer and your order cost is more than $100, we may ask half of the cost in advance . For Cash On Delivery, we deserve the rights to refuse COD orders, if you are not reached by phone or customers who don't comply to our shipping/delivery policy. Our main payment is CASH ON DELIVERY. Those who are always not at home or back late every night, please DO NOT opt for Cash On Delivery.
REFUNDS
Unfortunately, we don't provide refunds once sold. If there's any problem with the product, you can request for change or a new set as long it's within the warranty period equal to same cost.
CHANGE POLICY
1- If a customer receives the exact item that was ordered, the half of the order amount will be cut as the cost of the change.
2- If the change is due to Pelemall mistake, full amount is the subject for change. No cut will be applied.
3-We strongly require you to not use any item you want to return in this period, otherwise return policy is NOT applicable.
4- There is no change for any order that is specially added through a link to the system and requested to be bought for the customers specially if the correct item is delivered.
5- There is no change for items delivered to the customer for more than 24 hours.
